Kirkley Nursery  celebrated Chinese New Year. The children made lanterns which we used to decorate the Nursery. We also learnt that this year was the year of the Ox and had great fun identifying which animals were associated with our birth years. For snack the children tried spring rolls, prawn crackers, egg fried rice and some were brave and tried the sweet chilli dipping sauce. We even attempted to eat with chopsticks!!r this photo album.
